Once you realised and verified your order, the time until the order will be shipped is less than 24 hours. As soon as the order has been handed over to the postal company, delivery time will depend on the destination, which most commonly is 2-7 days within Europe. For all other countries around the world we cannot guarantee a definite delivery time.

Reception of product

Following the norms on insurance of transported products, every reclamation, which is due to a damage of the product that occured during transportation, has to be communicated by the customer in written form and within 24 hours of reception. Once this period has expired, no more reclamations are possible because the insurance company will not respond to the damage anymore. If you do not want to accept the merchandise due to a damage, you have do make a reclamation to Amici di Dirk®, Ediciones de la Nueva Medicina, S.L. for which it is necessary to add a photograph that clearly shows the damage.

Return of merchandise

If you want to return the merchandise, this has to be realized within 7 days of reception, and requires that the product is unused and within its original packaging.
