With the reception of the bill the customer accepts the general conditions of sales and delivery of Amici di Dirk®, Ediciones de la Nueva Medicina, S.L., excepting particular conditions which had been agreedbefore with the customer in written form. It is assumed that any person that acts in the name of the customer, be it a delegate or an employee etc., is representative of the same, has the warrant to act as such, and is associated to the customer. The sales realized are subject to statutory provisions of applicable law in Spain.

Prices

The price offered to the customer by Amici di Dirk®, Ediciones de la Nueva Medicina, S.L. are only informative, and Amici di Dirk®, Ediciones de la Nueva Medicina, S.L. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

The prices of the articles on our website include VAT, but not transportation costs or other additional taxes, which have to be paid by the client.
